LARC redesign — clickable prototype

Materialises the frozen Claude IA/UX proposal (docs/frontend-redesign/claude/) so you can feel the workflows rather than read them. Static HTML + vanilla JS, mock data, no backend. Nothing here touches the real application.

Tips: the ✎ button in any header toggles design notes; the account chip (bottom of the sidebar) switches role presets; the ⟳ chip simulates offline / queued / failed sync states. Refresh resets mock state.

Roles: Owner · Office · Scheduler · Field (lands in My Day) · Finance · Read-only — switch via the account chip in the office sidebar. Prototype-only; not a permission simulation.

Honestly gated (marked ◌): customer/enquiry sends, payments module & money writes, agreements, auto-plan preview/apply, safety backend, address suggestions, WhatsApp/Meta/AI settings — designed homes shown, nothing pretends to work.

Responsive: resize the office window across 640 / 900 / 1240 to see tab-bar ⇄ sidebar and canvas ⇄ full-screen sheet morphs. My Day and the portal are phone-first by design.
